UnidosFund separates public campaign stories, private verification material, staff moderation, and payment processing. The site never asks donors to enter card numbers directly into UnidosFund.
Private verification
Identity and supporting files are stored outside the public site and move through a quarantine/scanning workflow.
Moderated campaigns
Organizer-created fundraisers begin as pending and are not publicly discoverable until approved.
Protected sessions
Production browser sessions use HTTP-only cookies with CSRF protection and short-lived staff MFA sessions.
Payment boundaries
Checkout is provider-hosted, signed webhooks are verified, and payout state is kept separate from donation checkout.

Yes. Newly submitted campaigns remain pending and are not included in public discovery until approved.
Can verification documents appear publicly?
No. Verification documents are handled as private uploads and are not exposed as public campaign content.
